Jonathan Montenegro

Jonathan is a Santa Monica native who specializes in representing buyers and sellers throughout the westside and Los Angeles neighborhoods. His career in real estate started shortly after leaving college. He joined a small Santa Monica based company helping young entrepreneurs start and operate their own business. He headed the real estate acquisitions department, scouting and acquiring real estate for their youthful clients and their companies.

He later transitioned into working for a much larger company as a mortgage broker, securing loans for clients purchasing and refinancing single family dwellings. The mortgage industry exposed him to the residential side of real estate and was instantly hooked on becoming a realtor. He started selling real estate for Rodeo Realty, which is one of the largest independently owned real estate company in the nation.

With a strong finance background and extensive area knowledge the transition was seamless. Selling came easy and residential real estate quickly became his expertise. He’s since transacted multiple deals representing buyers and sellers on and off market, selling everything from smaller homes to larger multi-million-dollar properties. His confidence and knowledge help keep his clients informed and reassured during the buying and selling process.

Jonathan’s passion for his hometown continues to educate him in more ways than he can ever imagine. He occupies his time with friends and family taking full advantage of living in close proximity to the beach where there is no lack of the California sun.
